Hopkins Park is located two blocks south of the Nelle Shean Elementary School. This
Park hosts a sandlot baseball field, a natural spring, swings, slides, picnic tables, and a
variety of trails. A great area for family gatherings.
Kennedy Park
Located four blocks north of Nelle Shean Elementary School. This park hosts a
baseball field, basketball court, swings, slides, picnic tables, and a variety of trails
through a wooded area.
Sherwood Forest Playground
Located in the center of Sherwood Forest Campground. This park consist of slides,
tunnels, merry-go-round, diggers, and swings. Benches and picnic tables make this park a
"to do" thing for kids staying at Sherwood Forest Campground.
Sparta Playground
Located adjacent
to the Sparta Rink. Has swings, slides, a teeter-tooter as well as
a community building used for family picnics and a general meeting place. |
